Delivery FAQ

Our prices are nett and includes all applicable taxes (GST) and delivery charges to floors with lift landing. Stairs are charged at extras depending on purchased brand. Request for hinge changes have to be made prior to delivery and may be subjected to additional charges.

Free Delivery

Next Weekday Delivery for Kadeka, Farfalla, Beko, and Tecno for orders made before 12pm
Average 2-3 days (Monday to Friday) for all other brands.
Saturdays limited and extra fees may apply applicable for only Tecno and Kadeka.
No deliveries on Sundays.

Stairs

Beko/EF- From $20/flight
EuropAce - $20 for first flight, $10 increment for every subsequent flight
Farfalla Butterfly - $20 for 1st floor, $30 for 2nd floor, $50 for 3rd floor
Kadeka - $35 for first flight (<16 steps), next two flights at $35
Tecno - $20/flight
Valenti - $10/floor

Disposal

Refrigerator - Free for same sized/smaller. If bigger than purchased, additional fees will incur for all brands.

Example. Customer bought a new Kadeka, removing a Farfalla old fridge. Based on Kadeka's service, the disposal of the Farfalla old unit is free for same size but chargeable if the Farfalla is larger than Kadeka (even if height is only 1cm difference).

Freezer / Chiller - Charges may apply for disposal of any size.
